Warranty and Guarantee

Our after sales service means that should you experience any problems with your mobility products, we will be there to help you.

We run a National Network of Trained Engineers; however in some circumstances we may require return by courier to the outlet for repair.

All of our products come with a full 12 months' guarantee against faulty manufacture or materials. In most instances we will arrange to collect and/or repair disabled scooters. This warranty does not cover maintenance problems such as flat batteries, punctures and general wear and tear. In these instances a call out charge will usually apply.
